As my birthday approaches, I'm thinking about my life, in particular, Quality of Life.
And I don't believe that anything is more important than being healthy.
We need money.
We need to feel love.
But being unhealthy can slow down or bring those other pursuits to a grinding halt.
I have always advised UGC girls to put health in front of looks because health is beautiful. Feeling good brings joy and happiness.
I'm working on a health presentation for patreon members where I'll be giving tips and instruction on how to prepare foods for maximum energy, weightloss and a heavy emphasis on foods to avoid if you have hormone issues, fibroids, skin conditions, diabetes and more...
We all know that stress is a killer. It is the root cause of most inflammatory diseases as well mental instabilities, so we want to lessen our exposure to stress as much as possible.
The UGC philosophy is about reducing stressors surrounding our efforts towards becoming more sexually attracative to men.
The goal, in my mind, has always been about creating ways to decrease stress that fear and self doubt produce.
We can eat healthy, but if our minds are not at peace, we won't be able to extract the nutrients from the food we eat.
Some basic tips for you today to get you on track to healthier living:
Eat When Totally Relaxed.
Eating while stressed or distracted reduces nutrient absorbtion and you won't feel satiated after the meal either. Mindful eating is ALWAYS best!
2. Avoid Saturated Fats
Eating milk, cheese, butter, and peanut butters will thicken your blood, reduce the ability of your cells to remove waste, get nutrients in and causes tumor growth.
3. Drink Water Instead of Juice
Don't drink your calories ladies: Especially those fo you who are trying to lose weight. Drinking juice is like drinking sugar and this can cause blood sugar issues as well as dehydration of the tissues and organs, water retention etc..
It's time to focus on what's most important. Getting a man, more money or finding a purpose is contigent upon the foundations of health and healing because you appreciate who you are and what you get when you are well...
