You Can Get What You Want

ree

The problem with us as Ugly Girls is that we are trying to manifest by taking inventory of evidence.

You have to completely detach yourself from evidence based thinking when you want to manifest something you've never had before.

Reality is not your friend when you are reaching for something that everyone says is not your right to have or experience.

Let the feeling of having that thing that you want be your guide and your vehicle for manifesting.

Knowledge does not nor will it ever trump belief.

ree

Knowledge is simply information, and how you feel about that information is what will transform you!

The evidence you've accumulated throughout your life tells a story of lack, rejection, anxiety, fear, yet you look to reality to quantify and qualify your desires?

That will never happen.

Actualization of desires happens when you walk on top of reality through the use of your feelings and your imagination.

In the beginning was the word..

And your word will create your world when you assign a feeling to what you say or think.

This is why the blueprints you buy do not work.

This is why the spells you cast do not work.

This is why doing the same things that other women have done hasn’t worked!

ree

You must assign a feeling to your desire or it will never manifest for you.

Your passivity will sabotage your efforts to manifest as well.

I can’t count how many times I’ve coached women who say, “Well if it happens, it happens!”

What does that translate into?

What I hear is that they are not emotionally invested in having the outcome of their desires for fear of not getting it.

You will have to put your pessimism to sleep. When a self defeating thought comes up, replace it with a visual of what you intend to have or experience.

And when you think about what you desire, notice how you feel physically.

Does your stomach tighten?

Does your throat get dry?

Does your heart beat fast?

Does your palms get sweaty?

These are signs of distress and resistance.

ree

How do you remove the stressful resistance when thinking about what you want?

By removing the “I AM” from it!

I know, I know, counterintuitive, right?

WRONG!

Removing the “I AM” as in: I Am WEALTHY or I AM BEAUTIFUL takes the pressured feeling of responsibility off your shoulders.

It also takes away that feeling like a fraud thing that happens when we set out to declare the existence of something we do not yet possess.

Instead, say “Wealth” or “Beauty” or $10,000 a month or Health repetitively in your mind and/or out loud.

This places reminders of that thing you want without the shame or doubt that often follows when you declare what you’ve never had before.

ree

Do it now.

Say, $10,000 a month.

Say, 50 pound weight loss.

Say, a husband.

And notice the difference in you physically when you say it.

I bet you did not feel nervous, ashamed, doubtful, or insecure when saying it.

And the beauty of this is that it works just as the “I AM” principle is supposed to work but without the internal conflicts that make us doubtful of the power of the word..

But I will say that attaching an emotion to the 10k a month, let's say, is the way to prepare your subconscious mind for having it.

ree

Do this everyday, but not at any set time, preferably when you are relaxed and not distracted by others. I tend to do my internal work in the mornings, sometimes as early as 3A.M. because my thoughts flow uninterrupted at that time and I feel like I'm actually more intelligent and retain information better at night.

You decide what’s best.

Goal here is to create belief.

Because belief is how you create your reality.

What you think about is what you believe and what you believe is what you’ll do.

Becoming comfortable with the thought of wealth or having a husband or healing your body is a matter of second-natured belief and assigning a feeling that is no longer challenged by your own body is the pathway to getting what you desire..
